A privately owned real assets investment group is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Real Estate investment team, with additional exposure to digital infrastructure and Data Centre opportunities. This role sits within a lean, collaborative team deploying long-term principal capital across select real asset sectors.
About the Business
The group invests across multiple real asset verticals, including Real Estate & Data Centres. The real estate strategy is platform-led, partnering with specialist operators in sectors benefiting from long-term structural tailwinds. Investments typically focus on the development and ownership of high-quality, future-proof assets, with value creation driven at both the asset and operating platform level. Initial capital is deployed from the balance sheet, with third-party equity introduced as platforms scale. Current investments span logistics-oriented assets and residential-led living sectors across Asia Pacific, with active expansion into new markets and geographies.
The Role
Working closely with senior investment professionals, the Investment Associate will support transactions across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through execution and ongoing portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and reviewing financial models at asset, portfolio and platform level
* Supporting commercial, financial, and structuring due diligence
* Assisting with investment committee materials and internal approvals
* Working with operating partners on business plans and value creation initiatives
* Monitoring post-acquisition investment performance
* Contributing to market research and thematic investment analysis
About You
* 2–5 years' experience in real estate private equity, infrastructure, investment banking, or principal investing
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Exposure to development or platform-style investments preferred
* Commercial mindset with an interest in logistics, living sectors and digital infrastructure
* Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
