Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and work directly with Ed Cherry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various aspects of sales, including prospecting, lead generation, database management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open home callbacks and follow-ups
- Make \"just listed\" and \"just sold\" calls to potential clients
- Conduct cold calls to nurture new client relationships
- Schedule appraisal bookings and assist with the settlement process
- Prepare marketing materials and conduct door-knocking around new listings
- Manage the Ed Cherry database, including inputting data and coordinating e-news mailouts
- Provide support during appraisals, including compiling necessary information and attending when required
- Oversee current stock from listing to settlement, including coordinating with photographers and inspectors
- Attend open homes and auctions, handling inquiries and escalating when necessary
- Maintain a strong online presence through social media and other platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current Queensland real estate licence required
- Australian citizenship required
