ACM Processing (ACM) is an established Dairy Food Manufacturing business located in Girgarre in Northern Victoria.
We currently have a Full Time - Ongoing Senior Dairy Operative position available to join our team.
What we are looking for
Previous dairy manufacturing experience including evaporation drying or whey processing is preferred but not essential as full on-job training will be provided.
Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends, with paid shift penalty rates applicable.
Mechanical and technical aptitude would be advantageous, as well as the ability to problem solve.
Computer literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as manufacturing programs or equipment.
A good can-do attitude that works to build on positive culture and safe working processes.
Responsibilities
Liaise with all factory departments to ensure total cooperation
Setting up and preparing plant for production including the selection of recipe and ensuring production set points are correct.
Operate plant equipment via the HMI screens and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Take samples and perform all required process control testing
Data collection and record keeping
Manual cleaning and operation of CIP
Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving
Be responsible for all quality requirements
Compliance with all SOPs, GMP and safety requirements
Assist with the training of recent operatives
Promote a positive team culture
