Walter's Steakhouse in Brisbane is looking for a strong Grill Chef / Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.
We are an upmarket New York style steakhouse showcasing house dry-aged porterhouses alongside a produce driven menu paying homage to the heyday of restaurant dining.
Our kitchen is fast paced, so large capacity upmarket restaurant experience is vital.
Requirements
- Cert III or equivalent qualification
- A positive, self driven attitude towards your work
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as lead juniors on section
- Grill and butchery experience is essential
