As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for spearheading new business development and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings.
* Proactively manage client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
* Monitor sales performance against targets and forecast for key accounts.
* Manage quote follow-up and ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution.
* Provide product support, technical guidance, and training as required.
* Identify and engage with new clients across target verticals (e.g. commercial, education, health).
* Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into ongoing business opportunities.
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to uncover new leads.
* Build and nurture relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Electrical Engineers.
Candidate Profile:
* 1–3 years of external sales experience or a high-performing customer service professional.
* A self-driven individual with a track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data.
* Knowledge of the sales landscape within the sales industry.
* Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with client relationships.
