Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate administrative support to our sales agents and management team
* Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
* Perform general office duties, including petty cash management and organization of office supplies
* Assist with project coordination and document preparation as needed
Required Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior administrative experience, preferably in a sales-related field
* Office administration experience of 2 years or more, with demonstrated success in providing administrative support
