As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our teams across the BSI ANZ business by delivering practical, people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, capability, and wellbeing.
What You'll Do
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
· Deliver engagement and wellbeing programs that connect teams and promote inclusion.
· Coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned to business needs.
· Support HR operations, compliance, and reporting across HR systems and policies.
· Partner with leaders to coach, influence, and drive a strong workplace culture.
What You'll Bring
· –5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
· Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
· Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
· A proactive, collaborative, and approachable style with high emotional intelligence.
