We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction engineering functions across assigned disciplines.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.Monitor project progress, manage workforce and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to required standards.Undertake cost tracking, productivity analysis, and reporting using project management tools such as Envision and Expert.Support the development and performance of team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.Contribute to risk management, HSEQ compliance, and continuous improvement by identifying issues, leading training sessions, and recommending design improvements.
QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in delivering civil infrastructure projects, particularly for State authorities.Strong understanding of WHS, environmental legislation, and ability to produce SWMS and ITPs.Proficient in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Suite, scheduling tools, and Viewpoint.Sound knowledge of quality systems, contract management, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and claims preparation.
