We are supporting an entrepreneurial non-bank lender that has built a strong brand and is a trusted partner in the broker market. Their suite of products includes short-duration loans, financing for development projects, 30-year loan structures, and bridging facilities.
The business development teams are based in both Sydney and Melbourne, and as the business continues to expand, there are opportunities for experienced Business Development Managers at both locations.

The Role:
As a BDM, you will play a key role in expanding and supporting the broker network. You will act as a trusted partner to brokers, helping them structure deals and grow their business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage, sign, and onboard new brokers
* Drive applications from new broker engagements
* Educate and coach brokers on products and processes
* Assisting with deal structuring, scenarios, and submissions prior to credit
* Acting as the broker's primary point of contact for new and existing loan enquiries
* Proactively managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities
About You:
This opportunity will suit a reputable, established non-bank BDM with a proven network, who wants to play a role in shaping the future direction of the business and take their career to the next level.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience working for a non-bank lender
* An established broker and/or introducer network
* A solid understanding of residential lending products
* A demonstrated experience in structuring and executing a variety of mortgage lending transactions
* Is self-motivated, resilient, and focused
