About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering finance‐related outcomes across a complex ERP program. You'll work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Technology, and external vendors to define business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the successful integration of Workday (or equivalent) finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Finance and Technology teams to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Map current and future‐state processes across Finance, Procurement, and Reporting.
* Translate business needs into detailed functional and non‐functional specifications.
* Collaborate with technical teams and vendors during design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases.
* Lead workshops and drive consensus across finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.
* Support data migration, UAT, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ERP capability uplift across the business.
Key Selection Criteria
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within large‐scale ERP programs.
* Strong understanding of finance processes – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.
* Experience with Workday (preferred) or other major ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or TechnologyOne.
* Candidates with experience implementing any ERP financial modules are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work across complex, fast‐paced enterprise environments.
* Financial services experience highly regarded.
