We’re calling for the ultimate experience creator to welcome and ‘WOW’ our guests as their first point of contact. In this fast-paced role, you’ll use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience. Sound good? Read on!
A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly, and attentive service
- Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls, and action administrative tasks promptly
- Assist with accommodation, bistro, and booking duties as required, working collaboratively with the team
What do we need from you
About You
- You understand that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication, and attention to detail, motivated to create a memorable experience for guests and teammates
- You are highly organised with excellent computer skills
- You hold a current RSA certificate
