We are IT managed service provider, dedicated to delivering top-quality IT support. For us, IT is about connecting with our customers and empowering businesses to thrive through the right technology. We’re looking for an energetic, approachable, tech-savvy individual to join our Service Desk team. This is ideal for someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in IT.

The Job

You’ll gain diverse experiences, including:

- Working with cutting-edge technologies to prepare and deliver solutions for clients
- Engaging with a variety of businesses and observing how they operate
- Becoming a tech expert by tackling diverse customer support requests.
- Joining a fun, supportive team that shares expertise, humor, and good vibes

What We’re Looking For

A). Must Have:

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Interest in technology with a curiosity to solve IT issues
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in IT support position.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset
- Basic understanding of networking
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Active Directory

B). Should Have:

- Familiarity with help desk tools like Autotask, Datto, or N-able.
- Basic computer runup skills including wiping/resetting, setup user profiles etc

C.) Good to have:

- Previous experience at an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Exposure to handheld/RF devices or label printer setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,541.09 – $65,000.00 per year
