About the Role
We are looking for an amazing All-Rounder / Caretaker to join the team and take our Warrnambool Holiday Park to the next level.
You will be responsible for ensuring the park and facilities are both looking well maintained while playing a key role in housekeeping, guest services and reception operations, along with undertaking on-call responsibilities.
This is a casual role where availability across weekends, peak periods and overnight on-call shifts is essential to support park operations.
A site can be provided at the park for the successful applicant if they have their own accommodation (i.e. caravan) or potential on-site residence for undertaking on-call requirements.
We are accepting applications from couples / pairs where we can offer a casual position in Housekeeping.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for guests to arrive
* Cleaning communal areas/amenities to a high standard
* Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously
* Providing excellent front office/reception support including guest check‐ins, check‐outs and general enquiries
* Undertaking overnight on-call responsibilities
* Supporting in other departments when required
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Experience (or ability to quickly master) in booking systems – New Book would be advantageous
* Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation services or reception/customer service roles will be highly regarded
* Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with guests and residents
* Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
* Ability to be onsite or readily available to undertake overnight on-call responsibilities as required
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using booking systems and office software
