Pickering Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Prestige Branch Manager to lead Pickering Luxury Garage in Southport.
Representing a carefully curated range of luxury, prestige and performance vehicles, Pickering Luxury Garage delivers a premium buying experience for discerning clients who expect more than a standard dealership transaction.
We are looking for a proven automotive Sales Manager with strong leadership credentials, commercial discipline, a passion for prestige vehicles, and the ability to drive both sales volume and gross profit.

The Opportunity
We are searching for a genuine leader who can take ownership of the sales department and drive performance across all key areas of the business.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing prestige sales team
* Driving sales volume, gross profit and enquiry-to-sale conversion
* Managing showroom activity, customer experience and sales process discipline
* Improving lead follow-up, appointment setting and closing performance
* Recruiting, mentoring and retaining quality sales talent
* Maintaining accountability, presentation standards and team culture
* Working closely with senior management on stock, pricing and growth strategy
* Building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
* Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Pickering Luxury Garage brand
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and knows how to create results.
Who You Are
You are an experienced automotive Sales Manager or senior sales leader with a proven record of success.
You bring:
* Strong automotive retail management experience
* A demonstrated ability to drive gross profit and sales performance
* Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
* Strong negotiation, closing and deal-structuring ability
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* Strong understanding of stock management, pricing and customer conversion
* A passion for prestige, luxury and performance vehicles
* The ability to build lasting relationships with premium clients
* A disciplined, accountable and results-driven approach
