**How will you be successful?** 
Combined with your strategic thinking, industry experience and product knowledge, you will research and analyse the market with credible data for forecasting of market trends. By understanding your market, you will develop a strategy to differentiate us from our competitors to enter the market in a strong position. You will provide the sales force with appropriate training, information and selling tools to optimize our strength in the market.
**What your day looks like?** 
- **Develop** plans and delivering support to the Sales teams for the product category. 
- **Research **and advise on market segment management and growth. 
- **Work** with your strategic supply partners to drive good outcomes ensuring that both parties' performance expectations are met, and that Motion is the channel of choice for our key suppliers. 
- **Support **sales teams to optimise product pricing to drive both growth and profitability. 
- **Identify **opportunities to take advantage of programs in specific customer segments. 
- **Maintain** product and supplier costs and other master data for category portfolio products. 
- **Champion **new product, services and/or channels relating to product categories.
**Who are you?** 
- **Formal qualification **in Business and or Marketing desirable**.**:
- **Demonstrated **experience working in high volume sales within** industrial hydraulics and fluid power products.**:
- **Understanding **and experience with global sourcing and working in a branch network setting. 
- **ERP and CRM **experience is desirable - analytical reporting. 
- **Demonstrate **marketing experience and good commercial acumen. 
- **Committed** to engaging and working with the team to deliver success.
