About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and autonomous Electrician to join our growing team. This diverse, hands‐on role involves leading small to medium‐sized projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest industry standards. The work is mainly within Perth, with occasional travel within WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Deliveries: Head electrical and security installations across residential, commercial, and civil sectors.
* Project Management: Manage site requirements, materials, and project timelines.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and on‐the‐job training to electrical apprentices.
* Safety & Quality: Uphold strict safety protocols while maintaining immaculate finishes.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a Perth‐based professional with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a positive can‐do attitude.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years post‐apprenticeship in residential, commercial, or civil environments.
* Licensing: Current unrestricted WA A‐Grade Electrical Workers License.
* Driving: Current Manual C‐Class Driver's Licence.
* Safety: Construction Industry White Card; able to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
* Status: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Highly Regarded (Optional)
* Current WA Security Installer/Consultant License
* Open Communications Licence
* Current First Aid, CPR, and LV Rescue certificates
* Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) / Yellow Card
