Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving growth through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns?
BOQ Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and support our broader marketing objectives.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager - Go to Market in planning and executing campaigns that acquire and retain customers, grow revenue, and enhance customer experience.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including digital, product, brand, and performance marketing to deliver campaigns that are distinctive, compliant, and aligned with our business goals.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. This includes managing stakeholder alignment, media planning, creative production, and content development.
You’ll ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet compliance standards. Your analytical mindset will help identify and priorities opportunities, while your reporting will provide insights that shape future initiatives.
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize marketing efficiency and conversion, and support campaign managers in delivering against the overarching go-to-market strategy.
**About you**
You are a results-driven marketer with a strong track record in planning and executing acquisition marketing campaigns and are confident in developing integrated strategies across above-the-line, digital, and direct response channels.
You may come from financial services, utilities, or another customer-focused industry where marketing plays a critical role in driving engagement and growth.
Your experience in customer-centric marketing is highly regarded, and you bring a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.
You’re a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of working across teams and with agency partners. You’re also proactive in identifying process improvements and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
