This is a rare opportunity to step into a front-facing Office Administrator role, working from a beautifully designed, sleek office space where presentation, attention to detail, and client experience are everything.
About the Role
This is a dynamic position combining front of house, reception, and administration. You'll play a key role in delivering a premium client experience, while ensuring the office operates seamlessly day‐to‐day and supporting a team of high-performing agents.
* Be the face of the business — manage reception, greet clients, handle incoming calls, and ensure a premium front of house experience at all times
* Maintain a flawless office environment, including opening/closing procedures, boardroom setup, and overall presentation of client‐facing spaces
* Oversee day‐to‐day office operations including supplies, consumables, deliveries, and general organization
* Provide administrative support to agents, including proposals, agreements, compliance, and general documentation
* Assist with marketing and campaign coordination, including open home packs, brochures, CRM updates, and database communications
* Support the wider team with auctions, events, basic IT troubleshooting, and ad hoc tasks across operations and marketing

* Well‐presented, confident, and professional
* Strong communication skills with a client‐first approach
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to multitask and stay one step ahead
* Positive, proactive, and team‐oriented
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
