Job Role Overview
As an employee services administrator, you will collaborate with colleagues and our senior manager. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the operational management of the care home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee services functions, including scheduling, payroll processing, training coordination, compliance management, HR administration, recruitment activities, and onboarding new staff members.
* Develop a welcoming experience for prospective residents and their loved ones by handling inquiries and coordinating admissions processes.
* Lead the customer service and administrative support function to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
* Empathy and composure when interacting with anxious family members or confused residents.
* Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and proactive approach.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous experience in administration and customer service roles, as well as knowledge of human resources practices.
* Highly developed organizational, time management, prioritization, and self-directed skills.
