Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across specialist lines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across specialist lines
* Ensuring clients' insurance needs are met through tailored coverage and expert advice
* Collaborating with underwriters to deliver competitive solutions
* Providing risk management guidance and insights
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
* Supporting new business growth through cross-sell and referrals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking, or Tier 2 with an interest in working towards Tier 1
* 3+ years' experience in commercial broking (SME or mid-market)
* Strong understanding of financial lines, or property insurance (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* A driven, down-to-earth communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
* Passionate about broking and motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes
