What you'll be doing in the role:
* Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases and meetings
* Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.
* Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
* Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House principles – full training provided.
* Contribute to a team delivering over 200 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects.
Your experience:
* Strong residential and/or commercial design experience with a creative edge
* Proficient in ArchiCAD and 4D Library
* Confident in client meetings and concept presentation
* Comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams
* Passionate about sustainable architecture and innovation
