Our Mackay team delivers high-quality diagnostic imaging to the local community, offering a full range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Dental Imaging and more all backed by a passionate and experienced team.
The Role
As a Part Time Medical Receptionist, you'll be a key point of contact for patients and referring practitioners. This position offers 22.5 hours across Wednesday to Friday (no weekends)
Your duties will include:
* Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
* Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
* Managing patient bookings and preparing documentation
* Providing information on procedures, costs, and preparation requirements
* Processing payments and performing end-of-day billing
* Supporting the team in a busy, fast-paced environment

Who We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service or admin (medical experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Great communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients
* Confidence using computers and handling bookings
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* A flexible, team-player mindset
