Own and lead enterprise systems architecture and backend configuration for sustainment applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, driving integration, automation and digital transformation across complex environments.You will remain technically engaged while leading a small specialist team delivering enterprise sustainment systems that meet business and contractual requirements.

About YouYou are a senior systems architect or enterprise applications lead with strong experience in ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics, backend configuration and system integration. You enjoy solving complex technical problems and staying hands-on while leading delivery.Essential:Strong experience in systems architecture and enterprise application integrationHands-on experience configuring Microsoft DynamicsOn-premises installation of Business Central (BC), Customer Engagement (CE), and ERP systemsDevelopment experience and strong understanding of SDLC best practicesDelivery experience using Agile and DevSecOps (CI/CD)Strong background in software configuration management and application lifecycle management.Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholdersDesirable:Experience in Moodle and VetTrakExperience in PsiGen PsiCapture (OCR, Document Automation, Process Automation)Dashboarding and reporting experienceJira / Confluence (Atlassian)AWS or cloud platform experience
