Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing and implementing English teaching activities suitable for the development of young children.
- Creating a positive learning atmosphere, paying attention to the growth needs of each child, and maintaining effective communication with parents to jointly promote the comprehensive development of young children.
- Other professional duties or responsibilities as deemed appropriate, including committee work, school improvement projects, departmental meetings, and occasional weekend programs (open house or PTA gatherings) or summer camp at the school.
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor’s degree plus TEFL
- TESOL certification and 2+ years equivalent teaching qualification.
- At least 2 years KG experience in teaching young children (2-6 years old)
- Candidate with experience teaching in international schools and with IB experience if preferred.
