 
        
        As part of the eCommerce team and working closely with editors, writers, and other internal teams the position is accountable for managing and delivering on commercial and content partnerships including responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailer partners, affiliate networks and technology providers.
**What's the role?** 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailer partners, affiliate networks and technology providers to deliver on commercial objectives 
- Formulate, negotiate and facilitate retailer content partnerships 
- Work in close collaboration with the content strategy manager, commerce SEO lead, site editors and writers to develop and deliver the eCommerce strategy that encompasses key performance indicators including revenue targets 
- Work closely with each sites editorial team to improve their approach to commercial content by providing feedback and support that ensures that published content is commercially optimised and tracking correctly 
- Monitor delivery of content revenue performance and key retailer partnerships to ensure delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement 
- Ensure all affiliate links, tracking and technology in content is sound and functioning correctly 
- Research shopping and commerce content trends to find ways to grow revenue from content and work with relevant teams to deliver on new eCommerce initiatives
**Who you are** 
- 3-5 years experience in a commercial or marketing role 
- Experienced in using ad or affiliate tracking platforms 
- Experience with operating to commercial outcomes 
- Confident with tight deadlines and work well under pressure 
- Proficient in managing multiple relationships and stakeholders 
- Passionate about the details
