About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to enhance the overall experience and value for members and employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting general maintenance and day-to-day operations, facilities coordination and general administration across two office locations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Office Management
o Providing general office support including supplies, refreshments, cleaning materials, inventory management, ordering business cards, mail services, courier services, utilities, equipment maintenance, onboarding processes and departure checklists.
o Maintaining staff travel profiles, managing budgets and reporting.
o Planning staff events, wellness initiatives, maintaining medical insurance and other benefits.
* Property & Facilities
o Identifying maintenance needs, coordinating tradespeople, cleaning staff and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
o Liaising with building management at both sites.
o Acting as first point of contact for technology issues and coordinating resolutions with the Tech department.
o Managing access protocols.
* OSHA Coordination
o Ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards mandated by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
o Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative and regulatory changes affecting workplace safety.
o Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
o Attending and contributing to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Committee meetings.
o Cordinating and facilitating safety training programs, including fire drills and emergency procedures.
* Other
o Assisting with on-site event delivery.


About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative or office management skills, with demonstrated experience in customer service and/or reception roles. Key qualifications include:

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to prioritise tasks and projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Basic understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations.
* Familiarity with office maintenance and facilities management, with building management experience an advantage.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
