**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with an established Builder Developer who specialise in luxury Apartment projects between $5 - $40m builds. Due to recent projects evolving into construction stage, they are looking for a Foreman to join the team to work on up and coming projects.
**Your new role**
- Apartment projects in: Sandringham, Oakleigh, Carnegie and Kew
- Working under a Senior Site Manager
- Coordinating all trades from start to finish on Apartment projects
- Managing SWMS/OHS practices, tool box talks etc.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experienced in running Apartment projects from start to finish as a SM or Foreman.
- Ability to commit long term to the business
- Understanding of split structure packages and be able to manage the delivery.
- Ambition to commit medium-long term to the business.
- Trades or university related qualifications.
