Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of our Supervision System stream. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering IT or infrastructure projects in the superannuation domain, with experience working on regulatory or federal government projects.

About the Role:
* Lead the successful delivery of the Supervision System stream, overseeing the transition from on-premises Dynamics to a cloud-based platform.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
* Manage project planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution in a complex data transformation environment.
* Support data migration, governance, and security activities aligned with program goals.
* Collaborate with program leads and technical SMEs to manage dependencies across data platform development, cybersecurity, and governance.
* Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications for transparency and accountability.
* Ensure compliance with federal data standards and organizational policies, especially within the superannuation regulatory context.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering IT or infrastructure projects in the superannuation domain.
* Experience with regulatory or federal government projects.
* Engineering or technical background is highly regarded.
* Project management certification is preferred but not essential.
* Baseline Security Clearance is required.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in dynamic environments.
