Office Assistant / Administration
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our friendly team in a busy office environment. This position is office-based and involves a variety of general administrative duties.
We ideally require someone 5 days per week, however hours and days can be negotiated and we are also happy to consider part-time arrangements. We offer flexible working hours for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls
· General office administration and clerical duties
· Data entry and basic computer work
· Filing, document preparation and record keeping
· Assisting team members with day-to-day office tasks
About You:
· Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
· Clear and professional phone manner
· Reliable, punctual and well organised
· Well presented with a positive attitude
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
