We are seeking an experienced Operational Logistics Manager to oversee logistics processes, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. The successful candidate will lead the logistics administration function, supporting key operational services.
About the Role
This position involves managing logistics operations, working closely with internal departments and external service providers. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing logistics processes, including accommodation, flights, vehicles, uniforms, canteen, and office administration.
* Coordinating employee flight bookings and changes in line with rosters and approval requirements.
* Supervising company light-vehicle allocations, rentals, compliance, and reporting.
* Oversight of canteen operations, meal counts, invoicing, hygiene checks, and service quality.
* Management of uniform fittings, ordering, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
* Support for office operations, including supplies, repairs, utilities, cleaning, and contract management.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience in administration or logistics roles, preferably within mining or site-based operations. They should possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and competency with MS Office and general systems used in admin/logistics environments.
