What You'll Be Doing
The Lead Pharmacy Technician – Automation and Distribution will lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing management of Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) and Robotics at Sydney Children's Hospital Network.

This position will lead the implementation of ADCs and robotics in areas identified to require them. The person will also be involved in the day to day management of pharmacy related activities for the ADCs and robotic systems to ensure they are fit for purpose in a paediatric hospital setting. This includes providing user support, perform troubleshooting activities, optimising functionality based on analysis of usage and reports and action activities to ensure continued functionality of these systems.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

* Certificate IV in Hospital Health Pharmacy Support, or equivalent. Experience in hospital pharmacy including paediatrics and/or emergency medicine.
* Extensive experience in inventory management of pharmaceuticals in a complex hospital setting with a strong preference for paediatrics.
* Experience with information technology and familiarity with the use of pharmacy software eg dispensing systems, electronic prescribing and medical record systems including training of pharmacy and multidisciplinary staff.
