The Role
Work alongside a down to earth Director managing all aspects of a portfolio
Routine Inspections
Ingoing & Outgoing Condition Reports
Maintenance Management
Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Have your own full time assistant
What we are looking for
Minimum of 12 months managing all aspects of a residential property portfolio
Current Agents Rep or Certificate IV
Someone that takes pride in providing great customer service
Must be tech savvy - able to learn cloud based software quickly
Professional personal presentation
Must be looking for a part time role for the foreseeable future - full time opportunity may be available further down the track
Must be reliable and a great communicator
