Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking Support Workers to provide personalized care for clients in their homes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care and hygiene
* Clean and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
* Aid with shopping and meal preparation
* Accompany clients on appointments and outings
* Provide respite care and support
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Bachelor of Nursing
* Experience in showering is preferred but not essential
* A current Victorian Driver's License and own reliable car registered in Victoria
* Genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes
* Minimum availability of 3 days Mon-Fri
* A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
