We are seeking a experienced **Testing Lead** to join our client within the energy sector.
The Testing Lead will join our client's team with demonstrated experience in successfully delivering the testing and quality assurance of an enterprise monitoring tool across a Hybrid MultiCloud environment that integrates with ServiceNow.
**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Deliver increasing maturity capabilities across Event Management and Service Mapping including synchronisation and reconciliation.
- Deliver increasing maturity capabilities across ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM integration.
- Provide cost effective and adaptable monitoring capabilities supporting Mobile Apps, COTS Applications, Inhouse built Applications, OT Apps, IoT and SaaS Applications.
- Deliver increasing maturity capabilities across AIOps.
**Key Requirements (but not limited to)**:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the testing processes, artefacts and tools required to thoroughly test and deliver the required quality outcomes for a critical enterprise platform that integrates across a complex hybrid MultiCloud environment.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the testing processes, artefacts and tools required to deliver the required Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Cass that align with the requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the delivery of automated testing (scripts and IaC), semi-automated testing across a Hybrid MultiCloud environment that integrates with a CI/CD pipeline capability.
- Demonstrated experience integrating with an organisation's configuration management tool and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written communication skills) with business and technical stakeholders, senior management, and project team members in the areas of Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports and Test Risks and Issues.
