As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you will be the go‐to support for the store's senior leadership team. You will keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. Pay Rate
Adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above: $30.78 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, demonstrating best service practices and supporting the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers.
* Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours.
* Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support.
* Maintain merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements.
* Manage and coordinate stock effectively.
Qualifications
* Previous experience supervising a team in a fast‐paced environment.
* Open communication skills and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
* Results‐driven and a team player.
* Approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with customers.
* Eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products.
* Physical ability to be on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours.
