Job Title: Parts Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of automotive and mechanical principles.

In this role, you will interpret parts, process customer orders, efficiently dispatch products and parts, promote specials, arrange buy-ins, process customer credits and serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will contribute to a culture of safety by prioritizing it and ensuring everyone makes it safe and home.
