This is a pool recruitment process (Pool Ref LPB026-LPB027). The pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill similar vacancies on a fixed term, acting or permanent basis at the Legal Practice Board.
There is currently one (1) permanent full time opportunity available for immediate filling.
The Board is a statutory body, responsible for the regulation of legal services and lawyers in Western Australia.

About the role
The Senior Lawyer supports the Director Investigations and Legal and the Principal Lawyers in their roles and the high quality and effective delivery of legal services. You will lead or undertake investigations of complex matters, including dispute resolution and prosecution or litigation of civil or criminal matters along with supervision of more junior lawyers and investigators.
The successful applicant will also conduct complex matters in tribunals and courts and provide high level advice and reports to senior management and members of the Board.
