About Homewood:
Located in the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Hallam, our aged care residence in Hallam – 'Homewood' – is a fresh and modern residential aged care home. Homewood proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Hallam.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
* Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
* Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
* Monitor, record, and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately
* Safely administer medications
* Provide wound care
* Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing
Hours of Work
* Flexibility: Casual roles
* Shifts that suit you: AM, PM, and Night Duty available

* Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
* NDIS check (includes police check)
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
