The Opportunity
360FM provides facilities management services to the Woolworths Group across all stores and brands, and is one of the largest facilities management operations in Australia. Key services include undertaking repairs and maintenance, cleaning, trolley collection, energy management and the replacement of plant and equipment in over 1200 stores.
Reporting to the Finance Manager of 360FM, this is a new, pivotal role where you will provide reporting and insights on performance across the portfolio, co-ordinate the forecast process, support key stakeholders with ad hoc insights and analysis and assist with process improvement initiatives and other projects as required.
What You'll Do
Prepare and issue accurate and timely weekly/monthly reports on the performance and trends of the portfolio
Collate and prepare insightful analysis and clear commentary by working with key stakeholders
Partner with key stakeholders to deliver high quality and timely data and insights to enable decision making.
Respond to queries from various stakeholders on results and performance
Implement process improvements to automate and enhance the reporting process
What You'll Bring
Implement process improvements to automate and enhance the reporting process
CA / CPA or similar business qualification (including working towards)
Prior experience in a reporting and insights role
Experience using excel, google sheets, google slides/powerpoint and preferably SAP
Basic SQL (or willing to learn) skills
High attention to detail and accuracy of results, work well under pressure, be willing to step in and take things on, be a logical and analytical thinker and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
