About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Residential Sales Associate to support a busy and high-performing Residential Sales Agent within Gartland’s well-established residential sales team. This role is focused on providing dedicated administrative, database, campaign and compliance support, enabling the agent to focus on high-value client relationships and sales activity. Working closely with the Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating property-related appointments, supporting sales campaigns, preparing documentation and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales process. You will play a key role in ensuring homeowner, prospect and campaign information is accurately maintained, inspections and appointments are coordinated efficiently, and sales administration processes remain compliant and audit-ready. The role will also involve preparing reports, managing database integrity and supporting broader operational and marketing initiatives within the team. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, structure and supporting outcomes behind the scenes while remaining connected to the energy of residential real estate. Working closely alongside a successful Sales Agent, the role also provides hands-on mentorship and exposure to the systems, processes and client interactions required to build the skills and capability for a long-term and successful career in real estate sales.
Key Attributes and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have completed either your Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, hold a current driver’s licence and have access to a reliable motor vehicle. You will be well presented, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Your previous experience in administration, sales support or a client-facing coordination role will have equipped you to confidently manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. This role is suited to someone who is ambitious, driven and confident, with a genuine interest in residential real estate sales and a strong desire to build a long-term career in the industry. You will be eager to learn, open to development and motivated by being part of a high-performing environment where growth is supported and success is shared. You take initiative, exercise sound judgement and enjoy creating structure and efficiency in your work. Adaptable and reliable, you thrive in environments where accuracy, professionalism and responsiveness are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, and experience with CRM and real estate platforms such as VaultRE will be highly regarded. While experience within the real estate industry is strongly preferred, we also welcome high-calibre candidates with transferable skills from aligned industries where professionalism, pace and customer service are key.
