We are seeking an experienced Blow Moulding Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Villawood. This is a hands-on role focused on the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of blow moulding equipment, with a strong emphasis on ASB machines.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and optimise blow moulding machines (ASB) to meet production targets
* Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and machine calibration
* Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimise downtime
* Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as required
* Carry out routine maintenance and assist with breakdown repairs
* Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency
* Adhere to safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Blow Moulding Technician
* Hands-on experience with ASB blow moulding machines is essential
* Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
* Experience in plastic manufacturing environments
* Ability to work independently on day shift
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
