The Workday Support Analyst is responsible for supporting university departments in their use of the administrative applications. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of functional and technical solutions. The Analyst will work directly with assigned departments to collect, refine, and translate business requirements into fully developed and delivered information system process Responsibilities:Work with departments to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements to identify system process that satisfy business requirements in administrative applications including, but not limited to, Workday, Banner, and related third-party with departments to develop and implement functional and technical solutions, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure accurate results are being delivered.Perform system configuration update to meet new requirements, including updating system configuration, business processes, integration configuration, and maintaining, maintain, and support report and dashboard requests utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Analyze, test and document report logic and specifications.Perform ongoing troubleshooting and resolution efforts on system activities, reports, business processes, and integrations.Maintain system integrity through ongoing data review and analysis.Develop and enhance working knowledge of administrative applications through training, independent research, and testing to stay apprised of new product functionality. Other duties as assigned.Experience/Skills:Experience as an analyst with strong documentation, analytical, and facilitation skills and demonstrated proficiency with mapping, analyzing, and re-engineering business processes in an organization of considerable size and complexity with diverse customer needs.Experience in eliciting report requirements, documenting test specifications, and writing reports.Experience with maintaining and updating business process workflows.Experience in building and maintaining system integrations.Interpersonal skills to build relationships, collaborating with business stakeholders, project team, and end users to understand requirements needed and facilitate testing.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field years of business system or programmer analyst experience preferred.Experience in Workday and/or Banner OpportunityFlorida Tech does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, age, pregnancy, parenting status, veteran status or retirement status in its activities and programs.
