You'll act as a clinical reference point, provide discipline leadership, contribute to evidence-based practice and support the ongoing development of a safe, recovery-oriented service.You will:* Deliver senior-level OT assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team* Apply advanced clinical judgement and manage complex caseloads with growing independence* Develop and enhance evidence-based clinical practices, protocols and service models* Provide OT services supporting psychosocial rehabilitation and transitional housing pathways* Liaise with families, carers, community agencies and housing providers#### About you:You are an experienced OT who thrives in complex mental health environments and enjoys supporting consumers through recovery, independence and community reintegration.
