About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated professional to assist our clients and create excellent outcomes. Your day will involve answering phone, face-to-face, and electronic requests, using your resourcefulness and analytical skills to diagnose problems and provide support.

Your Responsibilities:

* Answering phone, face-to-face, and electronic requests
">
* Diagnosing problems and providing support
">
* Working across various systems including learning and teaching software support, enterprise system software, facilities/building maintenance and bookings systems, and safety incidents and recording
">

Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* Customer service experience, either face-to-face or online (contact centre experience highly regarded)
">
* A customer focus and a can-do attitude
">
* Proficiency in the operation of computer applications and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively
">
* Knowledge and experience in office productivity software, communication/collaboration software, operating systems used within the university sector, including Microsoft and Mac, and/or connectivity including wireless and authentication
">
* A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously
">
* Experience using a structured problem-solving methodology to resolve customer problems
">
