Transport & Maintenance Officer - Innisfail
The purpose of the Transport Maintenance Officer is to provide transport services for clients of Mamu Health Service and attend GP Clinics and at times provide long distance transport to specialist appointments as arranged by Mamu Health Service Limited. This position also involves regular maintenance of Mamu Heath Service Limited equipment and plant. Travelling within the Health Services district is a requirement of this position.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, friendly, and willing to learn. No previous experience is required – full on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and activities
* Assist clients when boarding and leaving vehicles, ensuring comfort and safety
* Complete and maintain transport records and logbooks
* Carry out basic maintenance and upkeep of organisational vehicles, equipment, and facilities
* Support the team with general operational and maintenance tasks as required
