CASUAL POSITION - A FEW DAYS A WEEK WITH FLEXIBILITY
* Location: TENNYSON QLD
* Position: TEST BAKER
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily QC testing and evaluate product conformity
* Record and assess test results efficiently, isolating non-conforming products
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment
* Participate in site food safety training
* Multi-skill across baking/test tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in bakery/pastry or 6-12 months in food manufacturing or in-store bakery
* Basic food science knowledge advantageous
* Good time management and ability to multi-task
* Intermediate computer skills (Excel & Word)
About You
* Previous experience as a baker or test baker
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Ability to follow standardized testing procedures
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing or laboratory-style bakery environment
* Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
