As a Management Consultant (Supply Chain), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between logistics operations and IT. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing warehouse software solutions for our customer operations.
Your expertise in intralogistics software solutions and operations will enable us to deliver custom, scalable, and impactful solutions to our clients.
This role includes but is not limited to the following:
**Tasks**
- Support of sales team during scoping phase
- Definition of warehouse processes with customer
- Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures.
- Analyse client's organizational structure and procedures within their supply chain.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to deeply understand and assess the implemented methods.
- Creating of business requirement documentation
- Creation of functional design documents
- Translation of functional design and business requirements into work packages
- Assessment of work packages (tasks)
- Support of project management in relation to technical details
- Optimisation of customer warehouse solutions
- Create and review operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards.
- Feedback loop to product management
**Skills Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain and software consulting and integration, preferably in warehouse management systems or related software.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agile methodologies is preferred.
**Travel Requirement**
- Moderate level of travel is required
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
