We are looking for a Dispense Technician/Pharmacy Assistant in a Full Time capacity to be a part of our team at Bongaree Pharmacist Advice, where community health care is our passion and focus.

Your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer service by ensuring prescriptions are handled efficiently. Additional duties include:
* Assisting Pharmacists with dispensing medications
* Learning and sharing product knowledge with customers
* Handling customer service queries and providing recommendations
* Counseling customers on medications
* Processing orders and unpacking stock
* Updating customer files
* Packaging Dose Administration Aids

You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be passionate about community healthcare. You should be energetic, team-oriented, and committed to providing value-driven pharmacy services.
Experience, Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail
* Motivated to assist and educate the community on healthcare
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly demeanor
* Outstanding communication skills
* Previous pharmacy experience as a Dispense Technician or Webster Packer (preferred)
The following are advantageous but not essential:
* S2/S3 medications certificate
* Certificate in III Community Pharmacy
* Experience with MINFOS
