We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating high-quality, high-impact content — and equally excited about improving efficiency through automation, systems, and scalable workflows.

Role Overview
As our SEO & Content Marketing Specialist, you will help plan and execute content strategies for multiple clients, working closely with SEO specialists, strategists, and client-facing teams. Your work will directly support measurable growth outcomes such as rankings, organic traffic, leads, and brand visibility.
A key part of this role is improving how content is produced. You’ll contribute to building and refining workflows that cover the full content lifecycle — from keyword research and content briefs, through writing and editing, to quality checks and ongoing optimisation.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute content strategies and content plans across multiple industries and client accounts
* Write, edit, and optimise high-quality SEO content (service pages, landing pages, blog articles, guides, etc.)
* Support content distribution and partner publishing (Digital PR / guest contributions):
* Identify and evaluate relevant industry publications and partner sites
* Coordinate outreach, topic pitching, and editorial collaboration
* Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and SEO value (visibility, authority, natural link acquisition)
* Collaborate with internal teams and manage key client stakeholders to deliver projects smoothly
* Track and analyse performance, report insights, and use data to guide content improvements
* Improve content processes and standards (brief templates, writing guidelines, QA checklists, update workflows) to increase consistency and efficiency
* Contribute to the development of internal content systems and best practices as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years of content writing and editing experience
* 1–2+ years of SEO content experience (search intent, structured writing, optimisation fundamentals)
* Experience publishing content through partner sites, industry publications, or guest contribution opportunities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable with performance reporting and using data to support decisions
* Interest in automation, scalable workflows, and improving content production systems
* Strategic mindset — able to think beyond single pieces of content and build long-term content assets
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining high quality standards
Nice to Have
* Experience building or improving content production workflows (keyword → brief → production → QA → optimisation)
* Experience using tools, templates, or systems to improve output speed and consistency
* Interest in sharing process improvements and working collaboratively across teams
