Educator / Lead Educator

Salary $75,000 - $80,000 PA Plus Super
We are recruiting for a Lead Educator to join the team.
* The successful candidate must be Diploma qualified. Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is a requirement of the role.
* The successful candidates must be able to work all centre shifts (a range of shifts between the hours of 6:30am-630pm).
* Centre rostering is fair and opening/closing shifts are shared across the team, so this flexibility is essential.

Required Skills & Experience
* Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
* Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
* Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
* Previous experience in a Lead Educator role
* Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program, document children’s individual learning, critically reflect for continuous improvement and provide care and supervision for children
Essential Criteria
* Minimum ACECQA approved Diploma or actively studying and nearing completion.
* At least 1 year experience working as educator.
* Current Blue Card
* ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR certificates
* Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
